With NOVELAN Net, you can remotely monitor your heat pump from anywhere in the world using a PC, tablet or smartphone. All you need is an Internet connection and a suitable web browser.
Operating states, running times, temperatures, settings and much more can thus be viewed and changed easily and conveniently.
If you also grant your installer online access to your heat pump system via our heatpump24 portal, he can also make remote settings, read out data or, for example, update the latest software version online without you having to be at home.
For the connection to heatpump24, only an internet connection (flat rate recommended) is required on site, to which the heat pump controller (from WPR-Net 2.0) is connected with a network cable. No additional software or hardware is required.
